生物活性：Sinefungin 是病毒粒子 mRNA(guanine-7-)-methyltransferase、mRNA(nucleoside-2'-)-methyltransferase 和病毒增殖^[1] 的有效抑制剂。 Sinefungin 是一种 SET7/9 抑制剂，通过抑制 H3K4 甲基化^[2] 改善肾纤维化。 体外Sinefungin（0.5 或 1.0 μg/mL，60 分钟）改善 TGF-β1 诱导的 α-SMA 增加并抑制组蛋白 H3K4 单甲基化的上调肾上皮细胞和肾成纤维细胞^[2].
体内： Sinefungin（10 mg/kg，每天UUO) 改善阻塞性肾病的肾纤维化^[2]。

体外：Sinefungin（0.5 或 1.0 μg/mL，60 分钟）改善 TGF-β1 诱导的 α-SMA 增加并抑制肾上皮细胞和肾成纤维细胞中组蛋白 H3K4 单甲基化的上调^[2] .

体内：Sinefungin（10 mg/kg，UUO 后立即每天一次）可改善梗阻性肾病患者的肾纤维化^[2]。
